My husband and I were tired of buying 5 gallon water bottles every week. The amount of money that we were spending on plastic bottles was ridiculous. From the very beginning, Luke was absolutely amazing to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options without any high-pressure sales tactics. He made the entire consultation and purchasing process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure the customer feels confident in their decision.
I also have to give a massive shout-out to our install technician. We knew our installation was going to be difficult due to the layout of our home, but he handled it with total professionalism and skill. He did an incredible job navigating the challenges of the space, ensuring everything was tucked away neatly and functioning perfectly.
The difference in our water quality was instant. My eczema issues improved drastically within about a week.
