He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain our options without any high-pressure sales tactics. He made the entire consultation and purchasing process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure the customer feels confident in their decision. I also have to give a massive shout-out to our install technician. We knew our installation was going to be difficult due to the layout of our home, but he handled it with total professionalism and skill. He did an incredible job navigating the challenges of the space, ensuring everything was tucked away neatly and functioning perfectly. The difference in our water quality was instant. My eczema issues improved drastically within about a week. If you’re looking for a team that actually cares about the quality of their work and treats their customers right, definitely ask for Luke!

Right from the start, after registering interest with Home Depot, this was a rewarding and positive customer experience. On the "sales" side, our water specialist, Kawika, was cordial, knowledgeable, well-presented, professional, and willing to work with us to secure a deal that gave us the water-softening system that we wanted at a price that was manageable. That being said, when it came to the system installation technician, James, he was every bit as professional, helpful, cordial, and technically astute in his role as Kawika had been in his. James helped us with guidance about how our water lines and supply are set up, beyond the simple installation process, which has proven very valuable to know. All in all both Kawika and James were excellent to work with and we are very happy with the Pure Water water softening & water purifying (& InstaHot) systems we have installed through them. Highly recommended.
